CBRE arranged a 50,802-square-foot office lease for Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP at Dallas Arts Tower, a Class-A office tower at 2200 Ross Ave. in downtown Dallas. The law firm relocated from Bank of America Plaza and will occupy floors 18 and 19 of the property. CBRE’s Phil Puckett and Harlan Davis represented Carrington Coleman in lease negotiations.
