Nathaniel D. Wood, 35, of Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, menacing 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child. Wood was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on June 11 at 4016 W. Main Street Road, Batavia, by Deputy Corey Lauth. He is accused of returning to his residence following a verbal argument, retrieving what appeared to be a firearm and pointing it at people in the area. He was held for arraignment.
