Laramie County early voting builds as Aug. 18 primary nears

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Early voting for Wyoming’s Aug. 18 primary is underway in Laramie County, and turnout at the county clerk’s office is building as the election nears. More than 8,000 Laramie County voters had cast ballots as of Monday, either in person or by returning a mail ballot, according to County Clerk Debra Lee.
