Hundreds of retired civil servants were contacted by the CGA, which confirmed that there was a "lapse" in the overall calculation of the reform and, therefore, the value of their pensions would be changed.
The General Box of Retirement (CGA) will correct 2,937 pensions awarded between May and August 2026, due to a "lapse" that led these pensioners to receive more than was provided for in the law.
