The City of Lansing has announced that it will not be renewing the contract of Fire Chief Brian Sturdivant, and has named Carrie Edwards-Clemmons as interim fire chief, following a lawsuit alleging that Edwards-Clemmons, at the direction of Sturdivent, called firefighter Cecelia Major into a meeting to question her about her bra usage.
