The flood that hit the Koshi Bhote River, located on the Himalayan mountain range in a border region between Nepal and Chinese Tibet, was caused by an earthquake. The information was confirmed by Nepal's Foreign Minister, Shishir Khanal, on Wednesday (26/8). So far, at least 98 people have died and 384 tourists are missing in Nepal as a result of the flood.
