Due to heavy rainfall in Bingöl, the Yedisu-Karlıova highway was closed to traffic following a landslide near Elmalı village. Soil and rock fragments detached from the slope blocked the road, and teams from the Provincial Special Administration have begun work to reopen it to traffic.
