Lake Michigan College students launch Grand Lac Cider

BENTON HARBOR — Lake Michigan College’s Wine and Viticulture Technology program is preparing students for the growing industry opportunity by adding hard cider production to the curriculum and as a result has recently announced the release of Grand Lac Cider.

The Lake Michigan College Wine and Viticulture Program is now offering a new hard cider for sale. LMC Wine and Viticulture Program Director Tim Godfrey tells us Grand Lac Cider has been produced entirely by students, giving them experience in a new segment of the beverage production industry.
