In 2019, Predrag B. shot Slovenian Tomaž K. in the face with his intimate partner's service pistol, and they buried his body together. Due to his blackmail, the policewoman later moved the body, and it was not found until 2024. In court, both were found guilty of murder. Predrag was sentenced to 18 years in prison, and Kristina to six. They were otherwise facing as many as 40 years.
