- Justice M. Nagaprasanna directed the SIT to complete its investigation within 100 days, submitting progress reports every 30 days, while the Criminal Investigation Department must transfer all records within a week.
- The SIT must cooperate with the Enforcement Directorate conducting a parallel money-laundering probe, as the bench warned that public service recruitment bodies must remain like "Caesar's wife; above suspicion."
- Rejecting a Central Bureau of Investigation transfer, the court emphasized that such recruitment fraud violates the Constitution, undermining the guarantee of equality of opportunity under Articles 14 and 16.
