On Sunday, June 21, in Dallas, Kieron Pollard became T20 cricket's leading run-scorer with an unbeaten century for New York against Washington Freedom in Major League Cricket 2026.

The 39-year-old now holds 14,582 runs across 736 matches, though his record-breaking performance came in a losing effort as New York fell by 30 runs chasing 246.
Australian batter Mitch Owen also made history in the same match, smashing 155 from 68 balls to help Washington Freedom post 245/5, the league's third-highest total.
Beyond batting, Pollard has recorded 333 wickets and 405 catches, cementing his status as the only cricketer to have played more than 700 T20 matches across nearly two decades.
