The Human AI Control Act, promoted by U.S. Representative Ro Khanna, aims to strengthen the U.S. AI regulatory framework to be centered on government intervention by prohibiting the autonomous performance improvement of AI until government approval is obtained and by stipulating that a newly established dedicated agency directly control the use and distribution of chips from the development stage.
