State officials are using Beef Month to showcase producers, educate consumers and support demand for Kentucky beef.

Kentucky is celebrating its hardworking cattle farmers this month. On Monday, Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture Jonathan Shell signed a proclamation declaring May as Kentucky Beef Month.
