ROANOKE, W.Va. — The 2026 Golf and Sporting Clays Classic raised more than $100,000 — a new record — to provide support and assistance for patients at the WVU Cancer Institute.

Kelowna golf tournament raised over $200K, breaks fundraising record

It was a record-breaking year at the annual Wilson M. Beck Charity Golf Tournament in Kelowna, as over $200,000 was raised for the YMCA of Southern Interior BC. On July 20, 2026, the 16th rendition of the tournament was held at the Kelowna Golf & Country Club. Through sponsors, donors, golfers, volunteers and community partners, the event raised $206,582, the most in its history. The funds will go to the YMCA’s Financial Assistance program, whic…
