The Deputy First Minister ranted about anonymous sources who had dared to question the impact of the flagship TechScaler programme, and railed against misinformation following reports that those running the publicly-funded programme had taken their partners on lavish taxpayer-funded trips to the likes of Singapore and the Silicon Valley in America.
