Santiago. The ultra-rightist president of Chile, José Antonio Kast, confirmed that he received more than 100 requests for pardons, mostly from civilian and military prisoners for crimes against humanity during Augusto Pinochet’s (1973-90) dictatorship, which, he said, will be resolved one by one and will not apply a general rule.
