The Superior Court of Xustiza de Galicia, endorsing the thesis of the Social Court No.1 of Lugo, has declared inadmissible the dismissal of a temporary worker from a kitchen attached to the Ministry of Education. The case was brought to court by CC.OO., who claimed that the woman had chained temporary contracts abusively, in such a way that "she had acquired the condition of indefinite".
