CARSON CITY — Voters in the Carson City-Crystal Area Schools district approved renewing a non-homestead operating millage in Tuesday’s special election. The final tally was 509 “yes” to 334 “no” votes, or about 60% to 40%, with only 15% of registered voters participating in the election.
