Julie Fowlis in Saratoga

Raised in Scotland’s remote and sparsely populated Outer Hebrides, folk singer Jule Fowlis was immersed in Scottish Gaelic language and traditions. In the early 2000s, Fowlis collaborated with Celtic groups Allt, Brolum, Cliar and Dòchas.
