Julie Ann (Dow) Witzell, of Edgecomb, formerly of Upton, Mass., passed away peacefully on July 29, 2026 surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 79. Julie, the daughter of Edward and Eleanor Dow, grew up in Natick, Mass. In 1970, Julie married the love of her life, William Witzell, sharing 56 wonderful years of marriage.
