The Dolfinarium in Harderwijk does not have to pay penalty payments following accusations of shows involving unnatural animal behavior. Two of the three penalty payments imposed last year by the State Secretary for Nature (LVVN) due to shows with dolphins, walruses, and seals have been rejected by the court.
