A criminal justice for the control of guarantees requested and ordered the capture of Néstor Gregorio Vera Fernández, alias “Iván Mordisco” and 13 other members of his dissident group, for the crime of genocide against the Nasa people, natives of northern Cauca. These acts against that people, added the prosecutor Camargo, “what they do is undermine the existence of that community.” …
