In Loving Memory ~ November 14, 1949 – April 9, 2026 Joy was born in Rimbey, AB, to Samuel Wetzel and Edna Wetzel (née Hall) and grew up on a farm between Rimbey and Bentley off of Range Road 25. In 1967 Joy left the farm to study pharmacy at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, graduating with a B.Sc. in 1970.
