JOHOR BAHRU: A Rohingya man who tried to escape but failed during an enforcement operation by the Johor Road Transport Department (JPJ) was among 1,346 foreign drivers who were detained for various offences. Johor JPJ director, Zulkarnain Yasin said the operation, which began on June 1 and continues today across the state, also recorded 4,565 offences related to road traffic compliance.
