PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Johnson County woman has now signaled she intends to enter a guilty plea in a federal drug case, after reaching an agreement with prosecutors. Jennifer Perez, 48, of Paintsville, is currently charged with three counts of distributing meth. The indictment alleges she distributed meth on three occasions in February.
