The National Elections Jury (JNE) reported that 34 observers and 6 international specialists will oversee the Regional and Municipal Elections 2026, which will take place on Sunday, October 4. The National Elections Jury (JNE) enabled the digital platform “JNE Fiscaliza”, a tool that will allow citizens to consult information on the progress of the different stages of the Regional and Municipal Elections 2026 (ERM 2026).
To date, JNE accredited 40 observers and specialists from nine international electoral missions and agencies for the Regional and Municipal Elections 2026.
