Regina Reggae Festival Returns for Second Year with Caribbean Music, Culture
Organizers say the festival drew more than 1,000 people last year and is expanding outdoors to reach more visitors and showcase Caribbean culture.
REGINA — The Regina Reggae Festival is bringing Caribbean music, food and culture to the city for a second year starting Friday afternoon.
