The Grenoble Public Prosecutor's Office informed BFMTV of the death of Jacques Leveugle in detention at the age of 79 on Saturday. Suspected of 89 sexual assaults between 1967 and 2022, he had finally been denounced by a relative, leading to the opening of two investigations.
