Austin grabbed a 5-0 lead through three innings of play and took a 6-5 lead in the seventh after a Tarleton State offensive over the fourth and fifth innings, but the Jacks were unable to hold onto the advantage as the Texans plated two in the ninth to take game two 7-6 and the series. SFA falls to 13-11, while TSU moves to 15-7.
