The president of the Council of Ministers, Luis Galarreta, questioned the reduction of the request for legislative powers in the Constitution Committee of the Chamber of Deputies. The head of the Cabinet described as incomplete the technical proposal approved in the parliamentary group after the cut of priority issues.
In an interview with RPP, the President of the Council of Ministers, Luis Galarreta, greeted Friday that the Constitution Committee of the Chamber of Deputies approved the replacement text that establishes to give legislative powers to the Executive branch for matters of citizen insecurity and the El Niño Phenomenon.
