Israel was prepared to shoot down a Flydubai flight carrying more than 150 Israeli passengers after the co-pilot attacked the captain in the cockpit and tried to crash the plane, CBS News has learned.
Sources close to the Israeli government revealed to CBS that although the flight had at least 150 Israelis on board, the air force was prepared to shoot down the nearly fatal plane.
