Israel announced yesterday that it lifts all restrictions on the northern border starting this Monday, on a day in which the Prime Minister and fugitive from the International Criminal Court, Benjamin Netanyahu, reiterated that his troops will remain in southern Lebanon for the necessary time, while his Defense Minister, Israel Katz, said that the soldiers are free to act against any threat.
