Tijuana, 28 April. Mayor Ismael Burgueño Ruiz led the installation of the Citizens' Advisory Council for Urban Development, a space for collaboration between government, academia, specialists and civil society for strategic decision-making in urban matters. The aim -the City Council of Tijuana reported in a press release - is to strengthen citizen participation in the planning and orderly growth of the city.
