LEWISTON, ME – Master Irish piper Tom Rota will bring a program of Celtic music to the Oasis of Music on Wednesday March 25, beginning at 12:30. Tom Rota started playing the Irish pipes over 25 years ago. His first pipes teacher was Bill Ochs from New York City and he has since had the opportunity to study with some of the finest pipers around.
