Dubai: Three high-level Iranian sources said that the US campaign to cripple the Iranian economy by restricting oil exports and halting sanctions evasion is intensifying its impact on Tehran. In recent weeks, Washington has sought to escalate economic pressure on Tehran in an attempt to extract concessions in any future negotiations after the six-month-long standoff failed to resolve the issue.

The effects of the war on Iran are no longer limited to its military losses. With the maritime blockade and economic sanctions, the Reals have gone to historic record levels.

Reuters reported today (September 3) that three senior Iranian sources revealed that the United States has blocked Iran's oil exports and blocked Iran's ways to circumvent sanctions. Now, Tehran has very few channels left to obtain foreign exchange and purchase goods, and the pressure is becoming increasingly unbearable.
