Representatives of Iran's national airline, Iran Air, said on Tuesday that they had not received any ban on serving neighboring countries, a day before the United States planned to tighten sanctions on Iran's aviation sector.
"Iran Air has not received any official notification or instruction from the civil aviation authorities of Turkey, the Republic of Azerbaijan and Iraq on the interruption or suspension of the company's flights to Istanbul, Baku and Najaf," the company said.
