Hunter 08/14/26 An Iowa City woman was arrested Wednesday evening after allegedly causing an accident and then leaving the scene. According to court records, 47-year-old Gezwa Dinz of South Dubuque Street failed to yield to a cyclist crossing the street at the intersection of Dubuque and Burlington streets and struck the rider with the front of her vehicle.
