Inox Clean Energy Completes INR 6,000 Crore Vena Energy Deal

The acquisition of Vena Energy India Holdings Pte Ltd, a renewable energy platform in India owned by GIP and backed by BlackRock, was finalised on August 18th by Inox Clean Energy.
