Since 9 June, a curfew for children under the age of 15 has been established in the municipality of Cagnes-sur-Mer, extending a measure which until then had been applied only to children under the age of 13 years. On Monday, 17 August, the judge confirmed the application of this new decree until 31 October of this year only.

Referred to by the Ligue des droits de l'Homme, the judge for interim measures of the Nice Administrative Court considers that the decree of the mayor who regulates the movement of young people cannot be perpetual. He will have to reassess the risks in order to renew it in April 2027.
