Nearly 7,500 Officers File Complaints Against the Val-De-Marne Departmental Council After Harassment
The president of the departmental council, Olivier Capitanio, and six other persons are affected by this complaint lodged on 22 September before the social center of the Paris Public Prosecutor's Office.
The Department's staff feel that they suffer from the austerity policy of the executive, to the detriment of their working conditions and missions.
In charge of crèches, colleges, child protection, assistance to the elderly or disabled and the RSA, these officers consider that they have exhausted all the internal alerts, and in constant understaffing they denounce serious consequences for the employees and their missions.
