Industry bodies hail budget as progressive, growth-oriented

- A ₹40,000 crore India Semiconductor Mission 2.0 supports industry-led research, alongside a ₹10,000 crore SME Growth Fund and ₹2,000 crore top-up, with capital expenditure around ₹10 lakh crore–₹11 lakh crore.
- Healthcare and education see increased allocations alongside farmer-friendly measures including credit-linked subsidies and livestock support to raise small farmers' incomes.
- KCCI warned about missing local project commitments such as Kalasa–Banduri Nala and urged dedicated research funding for state universities, recommending new institutes in North Karnataka and hope for one university in Karnataka.
