- Indonesia initially fell 0-2 behind after Jonatan Christie lost 13-21, 18-21 to Shi Yuqi and Fajar Alfian-Shohibul Fikri fell 20-22, 21-19, 14-21 to Liang Weikeng-Wang Chang, before Alwi Farhan and Leo Rolly Carnando-Daniel Marthin leveled at 2-2.
