India's pledge no threat to local data centres

Thailand's ambition to become Southeast Asia's data centre hub should not be directly affected by India's plan to offer a 20-year tax holiday to foreign firms using local data centres, as India is not a major rival to Thailand in attracting data centre investment, say local executives.
