Two German holidaymakers die in Thailand. A driver captured the couple at the zebra strip and fled first. Now the police are investigating.
The man who drove his pickup truck through a red light and struck and killed two German tourists while they were crossing a crosswalk has surrendered to police. He has initially been charged with three serious offenses.
