Winona LaDuke's Aug. 5 column pretended to, but really didn’t, ask questions about the proposed Tamarack mine. Instead, she declared the project a "fantasy," predicted poisoned water and dried wetlands, and assured readers that permanent contamination was inevitable. Those were not questions.
