In Permi, a foreign national was detained in a case concerning a promise or offer of mediation in bribery (art. 291.1, para. 5), as reported by Properm with reference to the FSB Regional Office. According to the investigation, a man, as one of the leaders of the national diaspora, proposed to discontinue the criminal case against Permi resident for bribes to Silovists.
