Quinte West OPP have laid charges in an impaired driving investigation. On August 7, 2026 at approximately 10:40 p.m., a traffic stop on Richard Street, Quinte West, led Quinte West OPP to suspect a motorist may have been under the influence of alcohol. On Friday at approximately 10:40 p.m., a traffic stop on Richard Street in Quinte West led police to suspect a motorist may have been under the influence of alcohol.
