At approximately 6:00 p.m. on March 11, nearly 15,000 Outaouais residences were affected by power outages. Over 11,500 addresses were located in Gatineau, particularly in the Gatineau and Aylmer areas, slightly more than 2,000 were located in Papineau RCM residences and more than 1,500 in the Ottawa Hills RCM.
