The European Court of Human Rights has confirmed what is stipulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, said Ombudsman Professor Marcin Wiącek in an interview with Gość Wydarzeń. On Wednesday, the tribunal issued an injunction ordering Polish authorities to refrain from obstructing the work of Constitutional Tribunal judges. The Ombudsman also announced that he had rejected the proposal he received from the Presidential Palace.
