Hundreds of new homes heading for North London as 20-year-regeneration plan approved

Camden Council has approved one of the largest housing developments in the borough in five decades with more than 850 homes set for delivery. On Thursday (December 11) the local planning authority gave the green light to the sweeping, multi-phase redevelopment of the West Kentish Town Estate at an estimated cost of £430 million over two decades.
